After closer inspection, I noticed that the lights I originally uploaded blink just a little too rapidly.
So, I again revamped the the config to make them flash more realistically.
Installation: Well, same as before, just copy and paste the fx_ files into the FS9 Texture folder,
overwriting the original. Thanks for downloading!
